"This place saved my life. Dr. Lauren is a miracle worker and gave me back my peace of mind. She’s kind, funny, beyond knowledgeable and just puts you at ease. She was easy to talk to about the issues I was having and really helped me understand my body better and how to work through the root of the problem. I would give this place a million stars if I could. To say I highly recommend her is an understatement. The office is also so warm and inviting and makes you feel very comfortable." ~J.S
Stretch and Relax

Designed to improve flexibility, release tension, and promote deep relaxation. This session combines manual therapy techniques with assisted stretching to target tight muscles and enhance mobility.
Dry Needling

Dry needling is a technique where thin needles are inserted into tight or painful muscles to relieve tension, reduce pain, and improve movement. It’s commonly used alongside other physical therapy treatments for faster recovery. You must be an established physical therapy patient in order to take advantage of this service.
Reflexology for Relaxation

Reflexology is the perfect blend of application, art, and science using targeted pressure on specific reflex points in the feet to support the body’s overall well-being. By stimulating these points, reflexology helps to reduce stress and restore balance. This deeply relaxing treatment is a perfect complement to any of your regularly scheduled sessions, enhancing both the physical and energetic benefits of your care.
